Marketing, Media & Digital

Marketing, media and digital: visibility that produces enquiries

Marketing work builds the system that earns attention and turns it into conversations: a strategy with a chosen audience, a content and social rhythm, search visibility across both classic and AI results, pages built to convert, and the nurture and measurement behind them. Five areas, each scoped and quoted separately.

The five areas

The sequence runs from attention through arrival and conversion to follow-up, with measurement last because it is the part that tells you which of the others did the work. Start with whichever stage is currently losing the most.

01

Strategy & campaigns

The marketing motion chosen deliberately: who is being reached, with what message, through which channel.

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development — campaign design and go-to-market execution intended to keep the pipeline supplied rather than fill a calendar
  • Positioning and messaging — what the business is claiming, to whom, and how that differs from what competitors claim

Deliverable: A marketing plan with campaign themes, channels, and owners.

02

Content, social & media

The content engine and the social rhythm that builds an audience instead of an archive.

  • Content & Media Strategy — topics, formats, and cadence chosen for the audience you want rather than for volume
  • Social Media Strategy — the presence and posting rhythm on the platforms your buyers actually use
  • The Revocial Loop — our own approach to treating company media as a business asset rather than a marketing expense — documented separately at revocial.com

Deliverable: A content plan, a social cadence, and the production process behind both.

03

Search visibility

Being found in search results and in AI-generated answers, with the technical groundwork underneath.

  • SEO Strategy & Search Visibility — technical foundations and content structure, built so pages can actually be found and read
  • AEO & AI Search Visibility — structuring pages and answers so the business appears in AI search results rather than only in links

Deliverable: A search plan, the technical fixes, and the content changes that support it.

04

Website, funnels & conversion

The pages a visitor lands on, and whether they turn interest into an enquiry.

  • Website Strategy, Design & Development — a conversion-focused site with the SEO fundamentals in place from build rather than retrofitted
  • Conversion Rate Optimization — pages and flows tuned so more of the traffic already earned turns into conversations
  • Landing Pages & Sales Funnels — focused pages and sequences that move a prospect from interest toward a decision

Deliverable: The built site or funnel, with the measurement in place to read it.

05

Nurture, paid & measurement

What happens after the first visit: follow-up, amplification, and knowing which part produced the result.

  • Email Marketing & Lead Nurture — sequences built around the decision a prospect is actually making, not around a send schedule
  • Retargeting & Paid Amplification — paid media used to extend reach of what is already working, with the spend tied to a measured outcome
  • Digital Analytics & Attribution — the measurement that shows what produced the enquiry, and where the reporting currently flatters or hides it

Deliverable: Nurture sequences, the paid plan, and an attribution view with its limits stated.

What the work is measured against

The measures are agreed in the scope: enquiries, qualified conversations, and whatever source data your setup can actually support. Where attribution cannot be trusted, that is stated in the reporting rather than presented as precision. No traffic, ranking, or conversion figures are promised in advance.

When marketing and digital work fits

A fit when

  • Visibility exists but enquiries do not.
  • Content is produced without a plan behind it.
  • Pages cannot be found in search, or are not being cited in AI answers.
  • Nobody can say which channel produced the last ten enquiries.

Not the right scope when

  • You need someone to run day-to-day posting; that is an operating arrangement, not a build.
  • The offer itself is unresolved — positioning work comes first.
  • You want guaranteed rankings or a fixed cost per lead.
  • The ask is a free audit or tool rather than an engagement.

Where this connects

Scope marketing work

Tell us where attention is being lost

Not being found, not being read, or not being followed up — naming which of the three is the fastest way to identify the scope that fits.

Marketing, media and digital: common questions

What does marketing, media, and digital work cover?

Five areas: marketing strategy and campaigns, content and social media, search visibility including AI search, websites and conversion, and the nurture, paid media, and measurement that follow. Each is scoped separately, so a single gap — a site that does not convert, or measurement nobody trusts — can be addressed on its own.

Do you run ongoing marketing for us?

The scopes here build or repair the system: strategy, content plan, site, funnels, measurement. Running a permanent marketing function is a different arrangement, and where it is the real need we will say so rather than scope a build that has nobody to operate it.

How do you report on results?

Against the measurement set agreed in the scope — enquiries, qualified conversations, and the source attribution you can actually support. Where attribution is unreliable, the limitation is stated in the report rather than smoothed over. No performance percentages are promised in advance.

What does this cost?

A scoped quote, written before work starts, based on which areas are in play and how much has to be built from nothing. Media spend is separate and paid to the platforms directly; no management percentage or package price is published here.

Is the Revocial Loop a separate product?

It is our own approach to media and it is documented at revocial.com, which the link above opens. It is referenced here as context for how the content work is framed; it is not a free tool, and nothing on this page reproduces its material.
